Product Description

A great chewy crust, lots of caraway and a lovely sour rye tang; this bread is great with lox, salami, pastrami, corned beef, sauerkraut & cheese. We make them large and small.

Ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, stoneground organic rye flour (30%), sea salt, organic caraway seed, yeast.
